Finding an enemy is a cheat code to unlock breakthrough work. Never was this more obvious than looking at the current culture of coffee. The category is rife with enemies to rally against: ransom note-level tip screens, judge-y baristas, long lines, wrong orders, misspelled names and so much more. So, why do we tolerate it?
Well until QT’s new Coffee Bar hit the scene, your choices were good coffee that’s a PITA or gas station coffee that makes you question every life choice leading to that point. Now, the script is flipped. The new coffee bar lets you have it all, anytime you want, made the way you like and you don’t even have to tip. (Unless you want to tip yourself, since you make it.) With this campaign, we took the last place you’d look for incredible coffee–a GAS STATION—and showed it’s actually the only place where you can truly have it all. Extra whip included.
Just try not to get this earworm stuck in your head.
Let’s be honest, the misspelled names thing isn’t cute anymore.
